Users of this website (referred to as "you"/"your"/”they”) have to acknowledge that
any use of this website including any transaction they make is subject to the terms
and conditions below. Please read through these terms and conditions before using
this website. No other terms apply.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such
changes will take effect when posted on our website (see date at the top). It is your
responsibility to look through the terms regularly to determine any changes.


Order

All orders that you place on this website are subject to acceptance in accordance
with these terms and conditions.
To place an order you do not need to open an account, but you will be asked to
provide personal information to enable completion of the order.
No personal data is transferred to third parties. As a customer, you have access to
the data at any time, as well as a right to ask for modification or deletion. You will
be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order; we cannot be responsible
for any incomplete or inaccurate information in your order. The correspondence
relating to orders will be sent by email, so you must ensure you provide a correct
and active email address.
You can check the status of your order and you will be informed via email about the
next steps. Please check the up-to-date information about the status of your order.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason before payment.
Items sold and payments made are strictly non-refundable. There will also be no
refund of payment upon any cancellation.


Deliviery

All our products are made to order, so delivery time can range from two to four
weeks. However, timescales or dates indicated for delivery are for guidance only,
and can change, especially when bigger orders are placed.
All our orders are delivered by leading courier companies: UPS, Shrenker, DPD.
We ensure that the products are well-packed and protected during the shipment
and that every effort is made to ensure that your products are delivered in perfect
condition; but before the courier leaves your premises please check the products to
see if there are any damages and if they occur, we require drawing up the protocol
of the damage. Any claim received later and not confirmed by the protocol of
damage will not be considered.


Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are
correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of
your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery; however no delivery
charge will apply for deliveries in EU countries.
Payments from outside the UK will be exchanged into pound sterling at the rate on
the payment date. You are responsible for any costs incurred in arranging payment
for the goods e.g. bank transfer fees and other related charges.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale items are only available at the
lower price during the sale period.
To pay for your order you can choose one of the following methods:
1 Bank transfer: if you choose this type of payment, we will send you an
email concerning your order in which you will receive information on how to
make a transfer to our account. Upon confirmation that we have received the
payment, we will proceed with your order and will inform you once the order
is ready.
2 You can also pay for your order using well-known online payment methods
– PayPal or a credit card accepted by the system. If you choose this option
you will be directed to the appropriate SSL secure page, where further
instructions will be given.

Products

All products we offer are made-to-order and hand-made; that is why products with
the same name and specifications may vary in appearance and characteristics and
such differences are not the case to issue a refund or replacement. Wood solids
show unique variations in grain pattern; imperfections are innate to real wood surfaces and demonstrate authenticity.
Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes; actual products may differ from such images.


Returns and replacements

Customised items are non-returnable unless the customer feels that there is a 
quality issue or a mistake made from the customer’s specific order. If you feel 
that the product received is not consistent with your order please contact us 
immediately to discuss any issues. We are not responsible for damages, lost, or stolen goods upon delivery.In case of any damages due to handling during shipping customers should report it immediately. Delivery service is obligated to make a note with a signature if the package is delivered damaged in any way.Please check your goods for damage in the presence of the courier and sign as 'Damaged' if you find that they are damaged. We do not make refunds for goods arriving damaged and will only re-produce goods which are damaged if they are signed for as 'damaged' on the couriers delivery note copy.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

 

All intellectual property rights in the site and the content displayed on the site are
owned by and licensed to us and unless otherwise specified, may not be used,
copied or altered without our consent. This extends to the look of the site and all
photographs on the site. Any logos we use are our trademarks and may not be
used by you without our permission.
